2. Products

We specialize in artisanal salami and cured meat products. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Because our products are handcrafted food items, slight variations in appearance, weight, and flavor may occur.

3. Food Safety & Allergies

Our products are produced in facilities that may handle allergens including dairy, nuts, wheat, and other ingredients.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to consumption.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions or improper handling after delivery.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

We ship perishable food products. It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Ensure accurate shipping information

  • Be available to receive perishable deliveries

  • Refrigerate products promptly upon receipt

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refunds or replacements are issued at our sole discretion.

6. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

  • Payment must be received in full before shipment.

7. Intellectual Property
